Steel pan & guitar duo
Calypso Azul
A relaxed, sophisticated duo combining live steel pan with guitar — ideal for weddings and events that call for warmth, interaction and a naturally flowing musical feel.
Alongside my solo work, I frequently perform as a duo with guitarist Dominic Grant, an exceptional and highly musical player who uses live looping to build evolving guitar textures in real time. Everything you hear is created live, allowing the music to breathe and develop organically throughout the performance.
Rather than aiming for a bigger sound, this format offers a more intimate, organic alternative to the solo setup — with a strong sense of musical dialogue and spontaneity. It works beautifully in settings where guests are close to the musicians and you want the performance to feel human, relaxed and responsive.
As with all my work, the musicians I collaborate with are chosen not only for their musical ability, but for their professionalism and reliability — something that matters hugely when planning an important event.

Beach Club blends reggae, soca and calypso with soul, R&B and dance music, all reimagined through a distinctive, club-influenced lens. The result is upbeat, stylish and highly engaging, without tipping into novelty or volume overload.
This format is designed to get people moving. It brings a stronger front-of-stage presence than the solo or duo options, making it ideal for evening celebrations or moments where the music becomes a focal point rather than a backdrop.
Like all my setups, Beach Club is fully self-contained and performed through a compact, high-quality sound system, ensuring a polished, professional sound that works comfortably in a wide range of venues.

DJ Tropicana
A vibrant DJ-only option focusing on feel-good, dance-friendly music with a strong tropical and soul influence.
As DJ Tropicana, I play an eclectic mix that can include reggae classics, calypso and soca, ’70s soul, funk, disco and modern dance tracks — always tailored to the crowd and the moment. If there are particular songs or styles you’d like included, I’m very happy to accommodate requests with a little notice.
This option works especially well for evening parties, late-night celebrations, or events where you want to keep people dancing long after live performances have finished. Music is played through the same high-quality sound system used across my setups, ensuring clear, balanced sound at any volume.
DJ Tropicana can also be added seamlessly to other options, providing background music between live sets or extending the evening with a full DJ set charged on an hourly basis.
